SovDrain Cavity Drain Membrane Systems are used to waterproof walls and floors above and below ground level, internally and externally and also vaulted construction and tunnels.

The system is highly effective when used on walls and floors and works by lining the area to be protected with one of the wide range of SovDrain Cavity Drain Membranes.

In above ground situations any dampness/moisture that enters through the structure is collected behind the system and is dealt with by ventilation and/or dissipation into the ground.

From complete kits to individual products, we have everything necessary for the effective of affixing lath membranes.

Kits contain tapes, plugs and washers; all available in separate packs for convenience.

SovDrain Cavity Drainage Membrane System conforms to BS8102 “Code of Practice for Protection of Below Ground Structures against water from the ground” and can be termed as Type C Drained Protection.
