SovStik in action

Using SovStik and based on 2 persons fitting, an application time of around 12-16m per hour (membrane only) can easily be achieved. Typical installation for a lath member with drilling and plugs is 3-4m per hour.

A typical 4 x 4 room could have the DPC drilled, injected and membraned in around 2-3 hours ready for boarding in the afternoon and skimming the next day.

The usual process takes 6-8 hours with boarding next day and skimming day after.

Sovereign Gas Protection Tank is a self-adhesive version of the Sovereign Gas Protection Flex; composed of self-adhesive with an upper surface finish of the Sovereign Gas Protection Flex and a lower surface finish of siliconized polypropylene release film.

The Gas Protection Tank is used for Gas/Waterproofing/Tanking of underground structures where harmful ground gases are anticipated, as a post-applied fully bonded membrane.

Sovereign Pro-Stick is a universally applicable elastic construction adhesive and sealant, based on MS-Polymer.

Sovereign Pro-Stick adheres without primer on many solid, dry, clean, dust and grease free substrates, such as metals, glass, primed or painted wood, UPVC, glazed surfaces, masonry and brick, epoxy and polyester. Pro-Stick contains no solvents or isocyanates. It has excellent UV and weathering resistance and does not cause corrosion in metal connections. There is no annoying smell during application and after curing. Cures under influence of air humidity to a permanent elastic rubber with good ageing properties. Temperature resistance from -40°C to above +100°C. Compatible with most conventional paint systems. Resistant to sea water.

The SovDrain Channel Discharge Outlet consists of a pre formed 90° PVC swivel joint bend to allow water to be taken from the channel to the water collection point i.e. sump & pump. A 43mm PVC pipe can then be solvent weld fitted into the channel outlet to link it to the sump & pump or water collection point.

The SovDrain Discharge Outlet is pre-formed in an irregular hexagonal shape to match that of the SovDrain Channel and simply linked to the SovDrain channel using SovDrain Channel connectors, this is a dry fit installation so no adhesive required, as part of the SovDrain waterproofing system.

Sovereign SovDrain Channel connector. PVC drainage connector to join two sections of SovDrain Channel together to form a continuous drainage channel.

The 52mm width SovDrain channel connector which is pre-formed in an irregular hexagonal shape to match that of the SovDrain Channel, this is a dry fit installation so no adhesive required, as part of the SovDrain waterproofing system.

The SovDrain Jetting Eyes (cleaning ports/rodding eyes) should be incorporated into the channel to allow for periodic inspection, maintenance and cleaning of the drainage system. The jetting eye has a removable cap for access this can also be extended with the simple addition of 43mm dia pipe solvent welded on to the existing. It is recommended that 1 Jetting Eye be fitted for at least approximately every 10 linear metre run of SovDrain Channel installed.

Can be used for both internal and external corners and has a jetting port incorporated for periodic inspection, maintenance and cleaning of the drainage system.
