A permanently flexible sealing compound based on synthetic butylene rubber polymers, mineral and vegetable oils, fillers and thickeners. Sovereign Building Mastic exhibits remarkable versatility and forms a tough, flexible skin around any part of the compound exposed to the air. The skin formed is both airtight and waterproof and the mass of material beneath remains permanently soft and plastic, accommodating any substrate movement and ensuring long life.

Building Mastic is a non-curing system. A skin forms which remains flexible. If excessive movement is encountered the skin may split and reform. Can be applied to seal glass, metal, brick, concrete and wood. Sovereign GP Mastic is used around door and window frames. It is also ideal for weatherproofing lap joints in caravans, containers, boats and vehicles.
