SOVEREIGN RADON BARRIERCOAT 15K

A ready to use  liquid applied membrane that complies with the requirements  C1(2) & C2 of the Building Regulations by providing a seamless, passive radon barrier as well as being a full damp-proof membrane also acts as a barrier to methane and carbon dioxide. Has full BBA Certification(Nos 08/4534) for all these applications ,the only liquid applied system to hold such certification in the world and is therefore a favourite product for architects who regularly specify the use of Sovereign Radon Barriercoat. Accepted by both NHBC & satisfies the requirements of the Zurich Building Guarantee Manual.

Easy to apply by roller or brush like a conventional paint and unlike plastic sheeting and membranes it is not subject to puncture or ripping during carriage ,off-loading and installation plus there are no awkward corners and seams to deal with.It is much easier to achieve full footprint coverage with Sovereign Radon Barriercoat than with a membrane or plastic sheet and if Sovereign Radon Barriercoat does get punctured it is easily and quickly resolved with a couple of brush strokes.Coloured green for ease of identification and to ensure full coverage is achieved.

Ideal product for use on new concrete slabs in new builds ,conservatories ,extensions etc (can even be used on bison beams speak with our Technical team for approved method) . not only forms a gas barrier but also acts as a damp-proof course.
