A positive ventilation system that automatically, but gently forces air from the loft around a building. Reduces humidity and eliminates condensation, black mould and mildew. Fitted with an intrinsically safe heater that if necessary automatically warms the re-circulated air to a temperature of 10°C.

An effective and inexpensive way of eliminating black mould and improving indoor air quality by removing other airborne contaminants, including radon gas.
