For many years Sovereign's "Specification for Renovation Work after Flood Damage" (Tec H3) has been approved by many Loss Adjusters, Insurers and Local Authorities as a fast track system to enable flood damaged properties to be renovated and re-occupied.

The specification/system was highly successful in assisting those unfortunate enough to have suffered in the Carlisle and York floods and more recently in areas of Yorkshire and Humberside.

By using the Sovereign Hey'di Tec H3 Specification, properties do not have to be fully dried out before renovation work can commence.
