K10 FLEXI-ACRYLIC ROOFING COMPOUND

High performance fibre reinforced copolymer resin based roofing repair compound. Designed specifically for the repair and refurbishment of most conventional roof types - suitable for use on flat and pitched roofs, gulleys, gutters, lead work, flashings, edge details and upstands. Can be used to seal and waterproof a variety of substrates - asphalt, brickwork, bituminous coatings, felt, asbestos cement, concrete slabs, corrugated iron, metal & PVC. Applied by brush straight from the tin with no need for a primer to provide immediate, tough, seamless, flexible, weatherproof protection. Can also be applied in damp conditions.

Can be used for emergency repairs in poor weather conditions or for large remedial waterproofing situations. Applied in a single coat, saving labour time. Flexi-Acrylic K10 cures to form a tough seamless membrane that conforms to every contour of the roof and will bridge hairline cracks. This membrane is flexible, durable and weather resistant and can withstand stresses from structural movement caused by the rise and fall of external temperatures.
