Product Description
Covers both absorbent and nonabsorbent surfaces such as old adhesive residues, asphalt, terrazzo, steel, epoxy, polyester resins, ceramic and some waterproof surface membranes prior to the installation of new floor coverings. Suitable for biologically sensitive areas and is easy to mix and apply. Where added adhesion, strength or flexibility is required Sovereign Latex Polymer Additive is highly recommended. Non porous surfaces must be primed with Sovereign Neoprene Primer.
