Normal Opening Times

Our opening times are 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri.

Our Sales Order Line is available on 0845 769 7400 during the above hours. Our offices are available on 01229 870800 to assist you in any matters or enquiries you have on any other aspect of the Sovereign products and services. Please note that these offices operate during our normal opening hours.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 3 working days from date of order (subject to our Delivery Terms) to your specified delivery address. Next day delivery is available on request, subject to stock availability and charges.

Collections

Our products are available for collection from our offices but we respectfully ask that you give up to 24 hours notice for large orders to ensure you are dealt with promptly. We also ask that anyone travelling a long distance to collect products calls our offices on 01229 870800 before departing to ensure we can fulfill your requirements.

Export

We do export products to countries all over the world but due to the nature of our products a more personal and tailored solution is available by calling our Export Department on 01229 840772 (+44 1229 840772).

Complaints

We strive to provide you with the best products and services. If at any time you are not happy with the service or products you have received from Sovereign Chemicals, we would like to know in order to allow us to resolve the matter. If unfortunately this is the case please contact us on 01229 870800 during our normal opening times and we will be happy to rectify your issue.

Delivery

FREE DELIVERY to mainland UK (ie: excluding outlying Islands & Northern Ireland) on all orders with a value of £50 or over (excluding VAT)

A carriage charge of £6.50 will be added to all orders for mainland UK delivery (ie: excluding outlying Islands & Northern Ireland) with a value under £50 (excluding VAT)

For deliveries outside of mainland UK please contact our sales or export departments.
