The Sovereign Concure 20/20 positive ventilation unit gently forces air from the loft space or outside into the property reducing humidity and associated black mould. A heating element automatically warms the air if temperature falls below 10*C. Air quality in general is improved including the elimination of radon gas. A range of Passive Vapour Vents (standard length, extendable or high-rise) allow moist air internally to migrate to the outside with airflow controlled by a mineral wool slab which avoids undue draughts. The Digital Thermo-Hygrometer monitors relative humidity and ambient temperature thus giving an indication of a condensation problem. The Infra-red thermometer gives specific spot temperatures.
